Vanimals’ zombie survival game Undying hit last month on Steam Early Access, and the team has already announced the first major update for the title. The plan is to have new updates each week, all leading up to a 2022 full release.
The new updates include gameplay tweaks such as the rain collector being moved to the backyard, zombies being able to spawn in previously-explored areas, as well as when you upgrade your backpack’s capacity, the storage space is also added to the Storage Chest and Refrigerator. The update also includes some UX tweaks for item management, including being able to sort your backpack with a literal click of a button.
Vanimals sees Undying exiting Early Access in May, and will feature 60 story days, full locations, multiple endings, and an Endless Mode.
Undying is out now on Steam, with plans for a release on the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, as well as Android and iOS devices.
