Semi-successfully liquid fasted yesterday, had a small half slice of old bread with veggie soup (slightly chunky) for dinner, passed on chocolates ^.^ über proud of myself tbh. Lost 1.6 pounds. Awesome (: .5 pounds away from a new low weight on this lil journey ✌️
