Hey guyssss, guess what still makes me feel like shit if I do it before exercise/in the morning? If you guessed "ingesting any calories whatsoever" you’d be absolutely correct! WHY DID I TRY IT? I pushed through an hour of barely-cardio because I felt so nauseous. I’m not sure ill try this again… Anyone else like me in this regard? Ugh.
