Lionsgate has picked up a thriller with quite a unique premise, and Deadline brings us the scoop on the project. It’s titled Prey, and it’s far more interesting than the title suggests.
In Prey…
“A man is dropped off, naked, at the Dodger Stadium parking lot with a $2 million open bounty on his head. He has to make it to Long Beach on foot by dawn, or his family will be killed.”
So basically it’s John Wick Chapter 3 except the main character is nude, forced to not only walk from Dodger Stadium to Long Beach but also dodge bullets along the way. Count us in!
John Glenn (Clash of the Titans) and Alex Davidson are writing the script for Lionsgate.
Mandeville Films and Lionsgate are partnering on the project.
