I am so sore and tired all over that tonight’s workout turned into some lightweight leg exercises, some handstand walks on the wall, 30 minutes of yoga, 20 minutes of medium resistance cardio, and then not very much after that. I think it had something to do with my bad night of sleep last night. Tomorrow’s a new day and tonight, I’m going to bed early.
