Today was a rough one for me. The stress got me! I think I am more stressed about my 15yo twins high school finals than they are!! That plus a few other things caused a flare up. I stick to a low FODMOP diet AT ALL TIMES so I don’t have these flare ups!!! Needless to say my workout was pretty much nonexistent. Ugh. Oh well. Tomorrow better be a better day!!! #IBS #tummytroubles #fitmom #ick #tmi #mustrest
