I looked rough, but the weather was worse. I forgot why I dont usually run when its cold, lungs feel like Ive been breathing glass and the phlegm/mucus is nasty. No one ever mentions that, after a couple weeks of no exercise and two cold/ throat infections that lungs get phlegmy and it tastes like blood. Managed to run all the way there and get back though (admittedly slower than usual and with more walking.) #running #run #cardio #cold #ick #phlegm #fitness #fitfam #exercise #health
