First off, happy mothers day to my fellow #tiumommys ! Hoping all of your days are special! For my #tiucheckin my m1 was a banana and glass of water. I didn’t hydrate enough yesterday so I’m nipping that in the butt right now. My #tiubootycall was my 5k! Feeling great that I got it in, had to show my sweaty selfie #ick ha! M2 was my recovery breakfast. Two eggs with garlic powder, oregano and basil, and a little sea salt. I had it on ezekiel bread, which was a mother’s day gift from my mom since I’ve been in misery without bread! It so hit the spot! I had salsa on my eggs and a side of berries.
