“The House That Freddy Built” is about to be invaded courtesy of Prowl, a new female-driven home invasion thriller that New Line Cinema has just picked up, THR reports today.
The Hollywood Reporter notes, “The project is being described as a genre-bending female-driven home invasion thriller set over the course of one evening.”
Jake Emanuel and Willie Block (The Edge of Sleep) are writing the script, from their original pitch. FlynnPictureCo (Jungle Cruise) is partnering with New Line on the film.
