After a Fantastic Fest premiere last year, Brainstorm Media has come in and nabbed North American rights to Sebastian Godwin’s UK thriller Homebound from the UK’s Blue Finch Films, reports ScreenDaily.
Aisling Loftus stars as a woman who travels to meet her husband’s estranged family, only to discover his ex-wife is missing and their children are behaving suspiciously.
Meagan Navarro reviewed the film, writing that “Homebound is a slight but tension-filled domestic thriller.”
Brainstorm Media is releasing the film in limited US theatres and on demand in spring. Blue Finch Films will be releasing theatrically in the UK and Ireland after the UK premiere at Glasgow FrightFest in March.
