After many many sleepless nights and countless unsuccessful attempts at a modified sleep schedule, elimination diets and more, I have come to the realization that I suffer from insomnia. Now, I don’t want to begin taking prescription sleep aids due to the potential side effects and harmful chemicals. I’d rather use a natural remedy, but baseline sleep aids and simple supplements like Melatonin have never worked for me. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve also tried EOs and no luck.
