UnCork’d Entertainment has picked up North American rights to the action thriller Death Hunt out of the ongoing EFM in Berlin, reports ScreenDaily, noting that the deal was made with UK sales outfit Evolutionary Films.

“A developer and his mistress retreat to a getaway cottage where they are taken hostage brought to a remote island and hunted for sport by a group of men.”
Marlene Malcolm, Omar Tucci, Rick Amsbury, and Terry McDonald star.
Evolutionary Films previously acquired Death Hunt in the UK for its own distribution label.
The film is directed by Neil Mackay from a script he co-wrote with Sean McAulay and produced by Greg Johnston and Frank Ieraci, through Canadian production outfit Rapid City Entertainment.
