[Trailer] Action RPG ‘Lovecraft’s Untold Stories 2’ Announced For PC, Consoles

1C Entertainment aren’t quite done with Lovecraft, it seems. On top of the announcement of Forgive Me Father, 1C Entertainment and developer Blini Games have announced action RPG Lovecraft’s Untold Stories 2 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. And like Forgive Me Father, the follow-up to 2019’s Lovecraft’s Untold Stories will launch in Early Access on October 28.

Picking up where Lovecraft’s Untold Stories left off, the action RPG with rogue-like elements sees the characters from the first game battling against the Unknown with a couple of new faces. The story has surrealist artist Ardois-Bonnot presenting his painting called Dream Landscape in the Paris Spring Salon of 1926. Of course, once the painting was unveiled, it caused a sudden riot. Not long after the exhibition, Ardois-Bonnot fell into a strange sleep, with no one able to rouse him. It’s up to you to investigate.

Joining the Detective, the Witch, and the Professor from the first game, the Medium, the Veteran, and the Alienist are on board to lend their talents and unique playstyles. Also new to the game is the ability to craft your own equipment. You can find blueprints and resources to create and improve new items, with each item changing the appearance of your character.

Lastly, Lovecraft’s Untold Stories 2 introduces a new cooperative multiplayer mode, where up to four players can fight their way on dozens of levels. Just remember to watch your aim.
