The wait is over for Uncharted fans wanting to see Spider-Man‘s Tom Holland in action as Nathan Drake. Sony released the new trailer for the upcoming film adaptation of the hit video game series, which feels like a fan tribute with all of the references to the series.
There’s no horror in this trailer, but it does hail from Zombieland and Venom director Ruben Fleischer, with the games often taking a third act turn deep into the supernatural.
In this take, Tom Holland plays a younger version of Nathan Drake than what we’ve seen in the original games. The story sees Drake in his first adventure with rival-turned-partner Victor “Sully” Sullivan (played by Mark Wahlberg).
The film will also star Sophia Taylor Ali, Tati Gabrielle, and Antonio Banderas.
Uncharted is set to arrive in theaters on February 11th.
