Capcom is seeing S.T.A.R.S. for the Resident Evil series’ 30th anniversary; three groundbreaking survival horror classics are now available on Steam.
Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2, and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis MSRP for $9.99 each and launch with a limited-time 50% discount available now through Wednesday, April 15 at 10:00 am PT.
Originally released in 1996, the critically acclaimed Resident Evil spawned a franchise that has gone on to sell more than 183 million units.
Throughout the first three entries in the series, play as iconic characters like Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, and Claire Redfield as you solve puzzles, disarm traps, unravel mysteries, and face off against powerful creatures and enemies like Nemesis, Mr. X, the legendary Lickers, and more.
The Steam versions of each game preserve the original experiences while also including enhancements and quality of life improvements to support compatibility with modern operating systems and controllers.
It’s a big year for the Resident Evil series. Not only does Capcom still have more Resident Evil Requiem content on the way, but Weapons director Zach Cregger will give his spin on the video games with his new Resident Evil film.
In the meantime, fix yourself a Jill sandwich and revisit the classics now on Steam.
