A gory good time, Jonathan Milott and Cary Murnion‘s home invasion action-thriller Becky (read Meagan’s review) was released in 2020, and the sequel will be World Premiering at the SXSW Film Festival this year, Bloody Disgusting just learned today. The sequel is titled The Wrath of Becky, and we’ve also got a BLOODY first-look image for ya.
In the film, “After living off the grid for two years, Becky finds herself going toe to toe against Darryl, the leader of a fascist organization, on the eve of an organized attack.”
Lulu Wilson stars alongside Seann William Scott, Matt Angel, Courtney Gains, Aaron Della Villa, Michael Sirow, Denise Burse-Fernandez, Jill Larson, and Kate Siegel.
Matt Angel and Suzanne Coote (The Open House) wrote and directed Becky 2.
Raphael Margules, JD Lifshitz, Tracy Rosenblum, Russell Posternak, Chadd Harbold produced.
