‘The Texas Chain Saw Massacre’ Video Game Available Now on PC and Consoles; Watch the Launch Trailer

It’s Texas Chain Saw Massacre Day, and it’s no coincidence that today’s also the launch day for Gun Interactive’s asymmetrical multiplayer game, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

As expected, a launch trailer was released this morning, showcasing the gameplay and the utter mayhem you’ll be wreaking (and avoiding) in the game, as well as sharing details about map time variants and game objectives. Watch the Chain Saw launch trailer below.

Take on the role of one of the notorious Slaughter family, or their victims, in this third-person asymmetrical horror experience based on Hooper’s groundbreaking and iconic 1974 film. As a victim you must use your wits and stealth to stay out of the Family’s reach and find the tools you need to lead to your eventual freedom. Meanwhile, Slaughter Family players must seek out, track down, and stop their guests from escaping.

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is available now on Xbox One, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam, as well as the Xbox Game Pass. And if you’re on the fence about snagging a copy, here’s Brandon’s take on the game to help you decide.

And if for whatever reason you haven’t seen the film that started it all, it’s now streaming on SCREAMBOX.
