The Garbage Pail Kids brand is still alive and well here in 2022, and we’re excited to let you know that this year will see the release of the official Garbage Pail Kids cookbook!
Bloody Disgusting has exclusively been provided with the book’s cover art reveal, along with a sneak-peek look at the “Cheesy Charlie’s Pizza Snotcorn” recipe you’ll find inside.
Known for their gross-out antics, the Garbage Pail Kids aren’t necessarily the first people you want to consult about fine dining, but the official Garbage Pail Kids cookbook promises to provide you with trading card-inspired recipes that may look and sound gross, but they promise to taste good. As the official press releases teases, “Gross has never been so tasty.”
“This illustrated children’s cookbook from Topps and the Garbage Pail Kids brand features more than 35 kid-friendly recipes and an introduction by R.L. Stine. The mostly healthy recipes—from Nasty Nick’s Garlic Snots to Rob Slob’s Garbage Pail Slaw—are from Elisabeth Weinberg, a New York City-based chef and Chopped champion, and her husband, Matt Stine (son of R.L.!).
