‘The House of the Dead: Remake’ Heading to Xbox, PS4, PC and Stadia This Month

Well, that didn’t take long. After fans had snooped out a potential leak a few weeks back, publisher Forever Entertainment and developer MegaPixel Studio have now confirmed that The House of the Dead: Remake will be headed not only to the PlayStation 4, but also the Xbox One, PC via Steam, and Google Stadia on April 28 for $24.99.

First released for the Nintendo Switch back on April 7, The House of the Dead: Remake takes the original Sega arcade classic and revamps it with new graphics and gameplay tweaks for a modern audience.

In addition, there will be a physical release for the Switch version of the game on May 26 in Europe and June 14 in North America. No word on if the PlayStation or Xbox versions will receive the same treatment.

There’s also been no update on the announced remake of The House of the Dead 2, which Forever Entertainment had announced at the same time as HOTD: Remake a few years ago.
