‘The Boys: Trigger Warning’ Reveal Trailer – VR Game Launching in Spring 2026

The Boys” is coming to an end next year, but you’ll be able to live out your own irreverent superhero adventure in The Boys: Trigger Warning.

The stealth-action VR game will launch in Spring 2026 for Meta Quest and PlayStation VR2. Watch the reveal trailer below.

From Brazilian game studio Arvore and Sony Pictures Virtual Reality, the game was created in collaboration with “The Boys” TV series and showrunner Eric Kripke.

It introduces an original character who accidentally uncovers a grotesque Vought secret. Forced to become a Supe, the player joins The Boys to infiltrate Vought and take revenge in the most chaotic way possible.

Some of the series cast members will reprise their roles in the game, including Laz Alonso as Mother’s Milk, Colby Minifie as Ashley Barrett, P.J. Byrne as Adam Bourke, and Jensen Ackles as a twisted interpretation of Soldier Boy created exclusively for the game.

In The Boys: Trigger Warning, players play as Lucas Costa, whose life detonates when the Armstrongs — a washed-up but still lethal family of Vought Superheroes — turn a family outing into carnage.

The Boys drag Lucas back from the brink, juice him with powers, and throw him headfirst into their filthy underground war against Vought and its Supes. With Butcher and Mother’s Milk guiding from the shadows, Lucas sets off on a no-mercy hunt to put the Armstrongs in the ground.

Blending stealth and combat with the franchise’s signature dark humor, the VR title delivers a new story rooted in the world fans love.

“From day one, we wanted to build an adaptation hand-in-hand with the people who defined this universe,” Arvore founder Ricardo Justus said in a statement. “Working with the show’s writers and cast allowed us to bring the edge, humor, and brutality that made the series iconic, delivered with the spark of magic only Arvore can create.”

“We’re thrilled to work with Arvore to bring The Boys: Trigger Warning to life in VR,” added Lance Sloane, SVP of VR at Sony Pictures Entertainment. “Having the show’s creators involved in shaping the experience allows us to push the boundaries of immersive storytelling, and we’re grateful to collaborate with our friends at Meta and PlayStation to deliver it to fans.”

The fifth and final season of “The Boys” premieres April 8, 2026 on Prime Video. A new teaser trailer dropped yesterday.
