Leaks be damned, as Leon Kennedy has officially been revealed as the second protagonist in the upcoming Resident Evil Requiem. Leon made a cutting appearance (you’ll see) in a new trailer debuting at The Game Awards 2025.
Set approximately 30 years after the outbreak in Raccoon City, Resident Evil Requiem follows Grace on a new case where the young FBI analyst must escape from the horrors surrounding her and face the tragic memories from the death of her mother, Alyssa Ashcroft.
Experience the series’ classic survival horror through combat, investigations, puzzles, and resource management. Gameplay allows you to freely switch between first and third-person views to face the horrors in a way that suits your playstyle.
Resident Evil Requiem comes to PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and the Nintendo Switch 2 on February 27.
