Survival RPG ‘The Walking Dead: All-Stars’ Now Available on iOS and Android [Trailer]

After the announcement of The Walking Dead: All-Stars a few weeks back, developer Com2uS Holdings and Skybound Entertainment have announced that the game is now available to download for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

An all-new mobile collection RPG set in the thrilling post-apocalyptic universe, The Walking Dead: All-Stars sees players explore a devastated wasteland, battle against the Walker hordes and rival survivors in thrilling PvP fights, and collect important resources in order to keep their sanctuary alive. Players will begin their fight for survival in the town of Asyl, a refuge in upstate New York, formed by survivors from a shipwrecked cruise liner after the outbreak. After running out of supplies, the survivors are forced to forage the desolate landscape. You’ll eventually make your way up to the Chicago Harbor to rescue more survivors, and build a team to take on the undead.

As players explore new areas and recruit survivors and allies, which include memorable characters from The Walking Dead series including Rick, Michonne, and Glenn, they will battle against Walkers and other rival survivors to collect resources and build and evolve their sanctuary. To progress through The Walking Dead: All-Stars, players will employ collection RPG elements to recruit survivors and supplies. Additionally, they can continue to accumulate currency through idle gameplay even when they’re offline by activating the game’s “auto search” feature.

“When we set out to create The Walking Dead: All-Stars, our goal was to push the boundaries of the IP and develop a brand-new storyline to captivate RPG enthusiasts and diehard fans of the comics alike,” said Mike Rogers, Creative Director, Skybound Entertainment. “Com2uS Group and FUNFLOW have been terrific partners, and their expertise in RPGs has been key to bringing our vision to life.”
