‘Subject’ – New Sci-Fi Creature Feature Goes a Little Mad on SCREAMBOX Now!

SCREAMBOX‘s August continues with TODAY’s release of the mind-bending Australian creature feature Subject, which follows a man ensnared in a sinister government experiment. The SCREAMBOX Original hails from award-winning director Tristan Barr (Good Times).

In the film, “On his way to prison, Willem is presented with an intriguing offer: take part in a shadowy government experiment and have his sentence commuted.

“But little does he know his isolation experiment may not be what it seems, casting doubt upon his perceived solitude and raising questions about his true state of aloneness.”

Subject is an isolating experience that pulls you deep inside the mind of someone convinced they are going mad,” said Brad Miska, Managing Director of Bloody Disgusting/Cinedigm. “Horror fans will be left to wonder who the real monster is: the prisoner, the creature, or the watcher when Subject streams this summer on SCREAMBOX.”

The film was written by Vincent Befi with Barr and David Gim producing on behalf of their company Continuance Pictures. Jason Scott Goldberg, Daniel Kim and Mark Kim acted as executive producers.
