‘Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened’ Arrives April 11, Pre-orders Now Live [Trailer]

After announcing a delay for the release of Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened a few weeks back, developer Frogwares has announced a new release date of April 11 for PC and consoles. In addition, Frogwares has revealed several editions of the Lovecraftian action-adventure title, alongside a new trailer that delves more into the cosmic, Cthtulu-inspired horror of the game.

Available for all platforms, the Standard Edition of Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened will retail for $39.99 USD/EUR, and includes the base game. The Deluxe Edition at $49.99 USD/EUR is also available on all platforms, and includes the full game, as well as side quests packs, and 6 exclusive outfits. The PC-only Premium Edition for $54.99 USD/EUR includes the full game, side quest packs, 6 exclusive outfits, and the game’s digital artbook and soundtrack.

Pre-order for Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened are now available, and includes the pre-order bonus of 3 custom outfits for Holmes and Watson.

The Awakened puts you up against the legendary Cthulhu Mythos. Holmes must investigate a series of mysterious disappearances that are apparently linked to a dark cult that worships an ancient God. The pursuit of the truth pushes Sherlock to the verge of madness, and it’s the only story that Watson will never publish.

Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened is currently in development for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
