Scream 7 slashes its way into theaters this Friday, and Paramount has unleashed the final trailer that highlights Ghostface’s savage streak.
The latest entry in the slasher saga opens in theaters — including IMAX, Dolby Cinema, 4DX, and other premium large formats — on February 27.

Neve Campbell is back as Sidney Prescott, with the character taking center stage in the seventh installment, and she’ll be joined by returning players including David Arquette, Courteney Cox, Scott Foley and Matthew Lillard, with Mason Gooding and Jasmin Savoy Brown also set to reprise their roles from the previous two installments.
Here’s the plot synopsis: “When a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has built a new life, her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (Isabel May) becomes the next target. Determined to protect her family, Sidney must face the horrors of her past to put an end to the bloodshed once and for all.”
Kevin Williamson (writer of Scream, Scream 2, and Scream 4) directs from a script he co-wrote with Guy Busick (Scream 2022, Scream VI).
Anna Camp, Joel McHale, Mckenna Grace, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, Asa Germann, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Ethan Embry, Timothy Simons, and Mark Consuelos round out the cast.
William Sherak, James Vanderbilt, and Paul Neinstein produce.
Scream 7 has officially been rated R by the MPA for “strong bloody violence, gore, and language.”
