‘Scorn’ Announces October 21 Release, Debuts New Gameplay Trailer Featuring Narration From Doug Bradley [Video]

Finally, Kepler Interactive and Ebb Software’s Scorn seems to have beaten its development hell with an October 21 release date. Announced during the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase during Summer Game Fest, the Giger-inspired first-person action title will be headed to the Xbox Series (including day one with Xbox Game Pass) and PC via Steam. And to celebrate, we have a new gameplay trailer, featuring voiceover by Pinhead himself, Doug Bradley!

Scorn features no dialogue, so it’s up to the visuals to do the work of progressing the narrative. And really, when your game takes inspiration from H.R. Giger and Zdzislaw Beksinski in its visuals, you really should let them do the talking.

Back in May, Ebb Software stated that that the team had finalized creating all of the remaining static meshes, with the hope to have have everything completed this month. Animation and VFX are currently the biggest focus for Scorn ahead of its release.
