Taking a page from Dune, Venom, John Wick and others, Robert Eggers’ The Northman is the latest film to jump into the world of Fortnite as part of a cross promotion. It’s not just a simple skin addition this time, as this is a full RPG created in Fortnite!
Inspired by The Northman, Vengeance is currently available to play for free now in Fortnite with the code 6089-1011-3272. Since this was just sprung on us, there’s little in terms of details. But, from the trailer below, you can get the gist of what you’ll be able to do.
Distributed by Focus Features and starring Alexander Skarsgard, Anya Taylor-Joy, Nicole Kidman, Claes Bang, Ethan Hawke, Willem Dafoe and Björk, The Northman opens in theatres April 22.
