Perp Games Horror Showcase Unveiled New Titles, Updates and More [Video]

UK publisher Perp Games had several new titles and announcements during its Horror Showcase late last week. Streamed via IGN, the Perp Games Horror Showcase unveiled updates, dev diaries, and never-before-seen sneak peeks from titles, including The Relic: First Guardian. Here’s a few of the highlights:

Coming to PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and the Xbox Series in 2027, Madvar Studios’ AMIGO: The Broken Loop is a first-person narrative-driven psychological thriller that follows a woman, Julien, after the death of her friend Sarah. Strange visions eventually lead Julien to the mysterious “Focus on Dream” corporation that promises to heal trauma through dream exploration. As she investigates the mysterious company, Julien uncovers a distorted world of memories, puzzles, and secrets.

Nintendo Switch fans who missed out on The Greyhill Incident won’t be left out any longer, as the game will be coming to the console in the new Reprobed Edition. Featuring an all-new ending, the Reprobed Edition also includes new collectible tapes that delve into new lore from the town residents. In case you didn’t pick up the game on Steam, PlayStation 5 or the Xbox Series, The Greyhill Incident is a story-driven survival horror game that takes place during the early 90s in the town of Greyhill. The town is seeing an increase in paranormal activity, and people are obviously scared. It’s up to you and your neighbours to work together to fend off the aliens from abducting everyone.

Archangel Studio’ souls-like Bleak Faith: Forsaken will be getting some DLC. Due out later this year, the DLC doesn’t have a name just yet, but you can catch glimpses of what’s in store with the teaser trailer. Available on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series, Bleak Faith casts you as one of the Forsaken, the last frontier of humanity against the growing horrors of the Omnistructure. You must traverse the Omnistructure and put your valor to the test. Uncover a forgotten history through the lens of a lost civilization while exploring an expansive, handcrafted world. The Omnistructure is tremendous, and there is no singular path leading to the ultimate goal.

After dropping a gameplay trailer last September for The Relic: First Guardian, developer Project Cloud Games has followed that up with another trailer, once again diving into the gameplay. Touted as a “cruel reimagining” of the Korean folk tale “The Heavenly Maiden and the Woodcutter,” The Relic: First Guardian takes place on the fictitious continent of Arsiltus. You are the First Guardian, charged with embarking on a heroic adventure to save the world. The once-prosperous Arsiltus was swallowed up by the void created by the destruction of the great relic and transformed into the land of death. Now your mission is to find the pieces of the broken great relic and close the void. Look for the game on May 26 for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and the Xbox Series.

Currently in Early Access, Madcraft released an accolades trailer for the first chapter of Painted In Blood. Currently the second chapter is in development, with the full release of the game expected next year. Painted in Blood sees you trapped in the haunting realm of an artist’s twisted nightmare, where you must engage in intense combat with grotesque enemies and monsters. The story is being kept vague by design, as players will collect pieces of the story as they progress through the game’s unpredictable events.

Emberflight Games is taking a stab at bodycam horror with their new title, It Reaches. Coming Q2 2026 to Steam, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, the game unfolds via a body camera worn by officer Jason Thompson. You’ll explore an abandoned hospital and its underground facilities, find clues, solve puzzles and escape deadly encounters. Be on your guard as you uncover the dark mystery behind the horror that follows you, for it never stops… it reaches!

Launching March 10 on Steam, PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series, Gamhalla’s first-person psychological horror game Unsealed: The Mare casts players as Vera, who is trapped in a nightmare tied to her family’s tragic past. Vera must find and destroy cursed objects and restore lost memories to unlock sealed doors, reveal hidden areas, and survive challenging, terrifying encounters. Steam users can also check out the demo.
