NEOWIZ has once again teased that fans of their Soulslike take on Pinocchio in Lies of P will be getting new DLC in a future update. In a new “Director’s Video” message, Game Director Jiwon Choi catches players up on the state of Lies of P since its official launch back in September, and what to expect from the game in the near future.
Choi firstly thanks fans for the support of Lies of P, which had broken the one million units sold milestone in less than a month after its release. He then went on to discuss the upcoming balance patch for the game, which is expected to arrive in November. The update brings significant changes to weapon and character balance for Lies of P, as well as quality-of-life changes to ease the difficulty in the early stages of the game.
To show their gratitude to players, Choi announced that players will also receive a new outfit, along with a new feature to equip glasses and hats separately for even greater freedom in character customization. As another treat for players, Choi also provided a short preview of the upcoming DLC for Lies of P through production sketches that tease a small portion of the content that will be available. More information on the DLC, as well as the complete patch notes, will be available soon.
Lies of P is now available on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and the Xbox Series.
