New Pop Art Gallery Outpost 512 Brings Four Killer Horror Posters to Texas Frightmare Weekend

The Southwest’s premiere horror convention since 2006, Texas Frightmare Weekend is back from May 17-May 19 at the Irving Convention Center in Irving, Texas, and Bloody Disgusting has learned that a brand new Texas-based pop art gallery named Outpost 512 will have a presence at the event with their first four licensed posters based on horror movie favorites.

The Outpost 512 team tells us, “We hire artists to create bespoke art for our favorite cult films. Our enthusiasm for films and art can be seen in every limited screen print we create. With over 10 years of working with the best artists and screen printers from all over the world, we take great care to ensure that the poster created stays true to the heart and soul of the film.”

“We bring high quality screen printed posters to our customers whether it is within the walls of our new brick and mortar location right outside of Austin, TX, meeting them where they are at various pop culture conventions across the country, or worldwide through our online store,” they continue. “Things that go bump in the night have always fascinated us.

“We’ve been loyal attendees for Texas Frightmare for the last few years and are ecstatic to announce that we will be attending this year not as patrons, but as vendors. To christen this momentous occasion we’ve spent the last few months working with artists from all over the world to bring you four new posters for titles that are near and dear to our hearts.”

The first four posters from Outpost 512 are based on Dario Argento classics Phenomena and Tenebrae, as well as The Rocky Horror Picture Show and WNUF Halloween Special.
