New Gameplay Video For ‘Little Nightmares III’ Shows Off Co-Op Mechanics

After the reveal back at Gamescom 2023, you’re probably wondering just what the new online co-op gameplay mechanic entails for Supermassive Games and Bandai Namco’s Little Nightmares III. Bandai Namco has given fans a preview of that mechanic with a new video showing off player characters Low and Alone making their way through the Spiral.

In the new 18-minute co-op gameplay video of Little Nightmares III, players will get immersed into the depths of The Necropolis and see how the two characters work together to overcome its many perils. The Necropolis, raised from the desert sands and powered by gusting winds, has been described as a city of eternal energy and certain death. It used to be inhabited by the Dwellers, but nowadays the ancient metropolis is a ghost town fraught with dangers that Low and Alone must survive.

In addition to the gameplay reveal, for those fans itching to get your merchandise fix, Bandai Namco has also revealed a new Little Nightmares III diorama that you can pre-order from their official store. Numbered at 1999 copies, this 5.9 inch, detailed and limited-edition diorama features Low & Alone in the Necropolis, running away from a Monster Baby’s giant hand.

Little Nightmares III is currently in development for PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 for a 2024 release.
