Marvel’s “Echo” Trailer – Preview the First MCU Series Rated TV-MA for Violence

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is dishing out some of the ole ultra violence in the upcoming series “Echo,” notably the first series from the MCU to have a TV-MA rating attached to it.

No bad deed goes unpunished. All episodes of Marvel Studios’ “Echo,” a new Original series, stream January 10 on Disney+ and Hulu. Watch the bloody official trailer below.

The origin story of Echo revisits Maya Lopez, whose ruthless behavior in New York City catches up with her in her hometown. She must face her past, reconnect with her Native American roots and embrace the meaning of family and community if she ever hopes to move forward.

Sydney Freeland and Catriona McKenzie directed “Echo.”

Alaqua Cox, Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Devery Jacobs, Cody Lightning, Graham Greene and Zahn McClarnon star in the upcoming series from Hulu and Disney+.

“Echo” is a spinoff from the “Hawkeye” series, and it’s set in the world of “Daredevil.” The cast also includes Vincent D’Onofrio, reprising his role as Daredevil villain Kingpin.

The series will pave the way for the upcoming “Daredevil: Born Again.”
