‘Jurassic Park’ Animated LEGO Special Coming to Peacock for the Film’s 30th Anniversary [Poster]

The Peacock streaming service has taken to Twitter today to tease an upcoming Jurassic Park x LEGO project, an animated special that’s being described as “the unofficial retelling.”

Peacock tweets, “An animated special 65 million bricks in the making. Coming soon.”

We don’t have any further information on the special at this time, but we assume it’s a “remake” of the original Steven Spielberg classic that was put together using LEGO animation.

This is hardly the first time the Jurassic franchise has collided with the LEGO brand, as various LEGO sets, games, and animated projects have been released over the years.

Jurassic Park just celebrated its 30th anniversary with a theatrical re-release in RealD 3D, which scared up $1.7 million at the box office for Universal this past weekend.
