FNTASTIC’s unique take on asymmetrical Survival Horror game Propnight is another title that’s taking advantage of the Halloween season with a huge update coming next week. Along with numerous quality-of-life improvements and balancing, the update will introduce new gameplay mechanics, new killers, graphical overhauls and more.
The Halloween update arrives on October 25, and will reintroduce the game as Propnight Reborn. It’s fitting, since along with the quality-of-life and balancing fixes, animation and graphical overhauls, the game will now have a “mind-blowing” destruction system. In addition, all Survivors now have unique abilities, while Killers now can start global in-game events that affect the entire game.
There will also be a new level progression system that also introduces perks to further refine gameplay, as well as a new competitive mode. On top of that, there will be two new Killers to choose from, as well as two new maps. Lastly, the game will also have a new Halloween theme for the season.
If that all wasn’t enough, Propnight will be getting a sweet 50% discount during Steam’s Scream Fest sale, which kicks off on October 25th. So if you haven’t grabbed it already, this is a deal that’s hard to pass up.
And just in case you’re wondering just what Propnight is all about, the game is a 4-on-1 multiplayer physics-based hide-and-seek survival game where players must hide from the Killer by turning into inanimate objects in order to blend in to the surrounding map.
