What’s the price you would pay to bring back the person you love? Directed by Thomas Marchese, one of the next original horror movies from Shudder is titled From Black, and it will stream exclusively on Shudder beginning on April 28, 2023. Watch the trailer below.
Anna Camp (Pitch Perfect franchise, True Blood) stars alongside Jennifer Lafleur (Big Little Lies), John Ales (Euphoria), Travis Hammer (Godless), and Richie Montgomery (Ozark).
In the film, “A young mother, crushed by guilt after the disappearance of her young son 5 years previously, is presented with a bizarre offer to learn the truth and set things right.
“But how far is she willing to go, and is she willing to pay the terrifying price for a chance to hold her boy again?”
Jessub Flower & Thomas Marchese wrote the script.
