First Look at Woody Harrelson & Kristen Stewart in ‘Full Phil’ from ‘Rubber’ Director

Studiocanal has unveiled the first image of Woody Harrelson and Kristen Stewart in Full Phil from French writer-director Quentin Dupieux (Rubber)

Harrelson stars as wealthy American industrialist Philip Doom who organizes a luxury trip to Paris in a bid to reconnect with his estranged daughter, Madeleine, played by Stewart.

True to Dupieux’s absurdist style, French cuisine, a 1950s horror film, and an invasive hotel employee threaten to disrupt the smooth running of their stay.

Charlotte Le Bon, Emma Mackey, Nassim Lyes, Tim Heidecker, and Eric Wareheim round out the cast.

Speaking with Variety, Dupieux says the surreal black comedy is “like ‘Emily in Paris’ in Hell — a fever dream, a nightmare version of it.”

Full Phil is currently in post-production. Studiocanal will launch sales at the European Film Market in Berlin this month.
