Illfonic has announced that Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed players will be getting the first of multiple DLC drops for the 4 on 1 asymmetric multiplayer title. The first DLC arrives in the form of Explore The Facility, a new map that will arrive Q1 2023 for PC and consoles. Along with the announced DLC, Illfonic has dropped an accolades trailer touting Spirits Unleashed.
According to the Press Release, the description of the new DLC map states that it “closed for good in the late 1980s”, but has recently been purchased by a private investor group, with plans to renovate and reopen the facility. Along with the new map, players can also bust a new ghost type in the form of the Muncher. Along with that, players will also have new character customization options. Best of all, this DLC is free!
