Filming Has Wrapped on the Next ‘Predator’ Movie!

As you’ve probably heard by now, a secretive new take on the Predator franchise has been filming this year, and we’ve now learned that filming on the project is officially in the can.

With a post on Instagram, cinematographer Jeff Cutter (Orphan, 10 Cloverfield Lane) has announced that filming has wrapped on the new movie, which is currently titled Skulls.

From 20th Century Studios, the return of the Predator franchise is being directed by Dan Trachtenberg (10 Cloverfield Lane), and it’s reportedly a prequel to the original classic that will tell the tale of the Predator’s first journey to our planet. Amber Midthunder (“Legion”) stars as a Comanche woman who goes against gender norms and traditions to become a warrior.

Skulls is rumored to be heading straight to Hulu.

Patrick Aison (“Jack Ryan”) wrote the script. More as we learn it…
