Fallout: The Ghoul Log ain’t your daddy’s holiday special.
Enjoy 90 minutes of post-apocalyptic coziness in the glow of a fat man’s burning arm below. It’s also streaming on Prime Video.
The special features a brief appearance by Walton Goggins as The Goul alongside his trusty dog, CX404, before Wayne Newton‘s Mr. New Vegas spins a variety of holiday favorites.
Based on the hit video game franchise, “Fallout” is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have.
200 years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind—and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them.
Premiering December 17 on Prime, Season 2 will take viewers along for a journey through the wasteland of the Mojave to the post-apocalyptic city of New Vegas.
The series is created by showrunners Graham Wagner (“Portlandia”) and Geneva Robertson-Dworet (Captain Marvel).
Goggins stars alongside Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Kyle MacLachlan, Moisés Arias, and Xelia Mendes-Jones.
“Fallout” has already been renewed for a third season.
