Magnet Releasing is praying for Agnes, which hails from up-and-coming genre filmmaker Mickey Reece, director of the excellent Climate of the Hunter.
Set for a theatrical and on-demand release December 10, Bloody Disgusting has an exclusive clip in which a convent discusses plans to deal with Molly Quinn’s character who is a nun believed to be controlled by a demon.
In the film, “A nun’s disturbing behavior sparks rumors of demonic possession at a remote convent. When a priest in waiting and his disillusioned mentor are sent to investigate, their methods backfire, leaving a wake of terror and trauma.”
Jake Horowitz, Sean Gunn, Chris Browning, Ben Hall, Mary Buss, and Chris Sullivan also star. Mickey Reece and John Selvidge wrote the script for Agnes.
