Ed Weeks to Star in CBS Vampire Sitcom Pilot ‘Eternally Yours’ from ‘Ghosts’ Creators

Ed Weeks (“The Mindy Project”) is set to star in the CBS pilot “Eternally Yours,” a single-camera vampire comedy from “Ghosts” showrunners Joe Port and Joe Wiseman.

The series follows Charles and Liz, a vampire couple married for 500 years, as they struggle to accept the human who is dating their daughter.

Weeks will play Charles, who was nobility back in the Middle Ages and is now a pencil pusher. He and his family have to move every few years to avoid attracting attention to the fact that they never age. Charles disdains modernity and the weak-minded humans who inhabit it.

Port and Wiseman wrote the pilot and will executive produce with Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum, and Jason Wang.

CBS opened a development writers’ room for the project last year before ordering the pilot this past July. It will film in early 2026.

Weeks recently had a small role as the in-house pianist in Drop and appears in the upcoming horror-comedy Damned If You Do.
