Colin Firth Has an Alien Encounter in New Still from Steven Spielberg’s ‘Disclosure Day’

Colin Firth (Kingsman: The Secret Service) is hooked up for an alien encounter in USA Today‘s new image from Steven Spielberg‘s Disclosure Day.

The mysterious sci-fi movie invades theaters on June 12 via Universal.

David Koepp (Jurassic Park, Spider-Man) penned the script, based on a story by Spielberg.

Details are being kept under wraps beyond the vague synopsis: “If you found out we weren’t alone, if someone showed you, proved it to you, would that frighten you? This summer, the truth belongs to seven billion people. We are coming close to Disclosure Day.”

Emily Blunt (A Quiet Place), Josh O’Connor (Wake Up Dead Man), Eve Hewson (Bridge of Spies), Colman Domingo (The Running Man), and Wyatt Russell (“Monarch: Legacy of Monsters”) also star.

Spielberg reunites with several frequent collaborators, including cinematographer Janusz Kaminski (Saving Private Ryan, Schindler’s List), production designer Adam Stockhausen (Ready Player One, West Side Story), editors Michael Kahn (Jurassic Park, Raiders of the Lost Ark) and Sarah Broshar (Ready Player One, The Fabelmans), and composer John Williams (Jaws, Jurassic Park).

Spielberg produces for Amblin Entertainment alongside Kristie Macosko Krieger (Ready Player One, The Fabelmans). Adam Somner (Ready Player One, Bridge of Spies) and Chris Brigham (Inception, Shutter Island) executive produce.
