Infinity Ape Studios’ co-op FPS Hellbreach: Vegas has now launched into Early Access on Steam, with the game having a 10% discount from now until March 22.
As mentioned previously, players can explore 4 maps and enjoy 3 different game modes in Early Access, while honing their skills across an expansive arsenal ranging from katanas and laser guns to a good, old-fashioned shotgun. According to developer Ashley Ellis, Iceberg Interactive chose to release Hellbreach: Vegas into Early Access to create room to polish the game to players’ tastes, finalize maps, and implement community feedback over a span of approximately six months.
“The game is fully playable with 1-4 players, and is only lacking extra content,” explains Ellis. “Right now, you can play 3 game modes across 3 maps, use 19 weapons, 10 perks and more. At [Early Access exit] you’ll have 5 game modes, 7 maps, 1 practice map, 22 weapons, 12 perks and more! Updates will come approximately every month.”
The story for Hellbreach sees portals spawning across Las Vegas, and hordes of demons have poured out, wreaking havoc on the strip. It’s you and up to three of your fellow human survivors to battle against a demon army, determined to invade a post-apocalyptic Earth. You’ll have to blast through waves of demons, earning experience to upgrade your guns, ammo, and unlock other bonuses along the way.
