Atomic Blonde, Deadpool 2 and Hobbs & Shaw director David Leitch is back this year with the action-thriller Bullet Train, and the first teaser trailer for the movie has arrived.
Brad Pitt and Sandra Bullock star in Bullet Train, wherein “Five assassins aboard a fast moving bullet train find out their missions have something in common.”
The Bullet Train teaser plays out more like a faux ad for the transportation service in the movie, narrated by Brad Pitt and suggesting that a full trailer is on the way March 2nd.
“Get on board March 2nd,” this brief bit of marketing teases. We also get a quick shot of Brad Pitt in the action movie, looking like he’s already been through a good bit of hell…
The Sony film is based on Maria Beetle by Kotaro Isaka, adapted by screenwriter Zak Olkewicz.
David Leitch, it’s interesting to note, has been a stunt double for Brad Pitt multiple times over the years, for films including Fight Club, Spy Game, Ocean’s Eleven, and Troy. Leitch got his start in Hollywood as a stunt performer, taking the leap into filmmaking as co-director on the first John Wick movie. That film was co-directed alongside fellow stuntman Chad Stahelski.
