‘BrokenLore: DON’T LIE’ Announced for 2026 Release on PC, Consoles [Trailer]

Serafini Productions followed up on that tease last month regarding a new BrokenLore title at Tokyo Game Show, announcing BrokenLore: DON’T LIE, which will be published by Wired Productions. No release date was announced for DON’T LIE, but the game will be coming to PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and the Xbox Series.

BrokenLore: DON’T LIE, a first-person psychological horror game, dives deeper into the fragmented mythology that ties the series together. Despite this, DON’T LIE is a standalone title, allowing for fans familiar with the series and newcomers to experience a new self-contained story full of deceit, paranoia and fear.

The game centers on Junko, who lives trapped inside her small apartment, drifting between loneliness and madness as her fragile reality reaches its breaking point. Lies, hallucinations, and terrifying visions blur the line between what’s real and what’s not, twisting the familiar into disturbing liminal spaces where nothing can be trusted. All the while, Junko attempts to reconnect with two patients in a rehabilitation center. Above all, just remember: DON’T LIE.

Details on gameplay are still forthcoming, but as part of Junko’s attempts to piece together her memories, she must search through the liminal spaces and eerie locations for clues. However, she must also deal with the hallucinations that stalk her. As a result, players will need to rely on stealth and hide in order to survive.
