Bigfoot Caught on Tape in ‘The Last Footprint’ Found Footage Clip [Exclusive]

We’re celebrating National Sasquatch Awareness Day with an exclusive clip from The Last Footprint.

Based on purportedly true encounters with Bigfoot, the found footage film is written and directed by T.J. Robinson.

“The Last Footprint is a found-footage, docu-horror experience, so every frame needed to feel cinematic and unsettling. In this clip, my goal was to capture that primal, deeply human fear; the unnerving sense of being watched when you’re completely alone,” Robinson tells Bloody Disgusting.

“I also wanted to create a deeply creepy scene in broad daylight, because when terrifying things happen in the daytime it reminds us that no one is truly safe, no matter where you are or what time it is. It’s not about jump scares or loud moments, but that quiet dread that creeps in when the forest goes still and your mind starts filling in the blanks.”

Robinson continues, “Through Caleb’s lens, we share his paranoid glimpses of movement just beyond the frame, never sure if it’s real or imagined. For me, this moment embodies what The Last Footprint stands for: fear not of what you see, but of what might be watching you from the light and the dark alike.”

In the film, a documentary crew investigates a wave of animal attacks and missing persons in York, South Carolina. Teaming up with a local hunting party, they soon discover that some legends are true.

Christiaan Voldstad, T.J. Campbell, Hunter Redfern, Daniel John Kearney, Lucas Dunaway, Brandon O’Hanley, and Jon Vira Mundo star.

Morbid Entertainment has teamed up with Kaleido-Boom for post-production on the project.

The Last Bigfoot will premiere at Ayrsley Grand Cinemas in Charlotte, NC, on November 8 before hitting the festival circuit.
