When it comes to new food I have a firm soft and moist morsels only policy. I don’t do dry and crunchy! So when Mom brings us new dry treats to try, I refuse! Mom has to break the new treat into crumbles, pry my mouth open, and put them on my tongue. I immediately spit it all out, but some of the crumbles leave a taste (the horror!) on my tongue so after I think about it for a few minutes I decide that maybe the new treat is yummy after all and I eat it! Sometimes I still refuse even after all that until I see my Sisters eagerly eating the treats as if they actually taste good (gasp!) Then I try them and find they are actually yummy!
