The Alamo Drafthouse theater chain celebrates the landmark 70th anniversary of Godzilla with the first ever official popcorn bucket dedicated to the King of Monsters this January!
Available exclusively at Alamo Drafthouse in January, the Godzilla popcorn bucket has been revealed this week. You can pre-order yours from the Drafthouse for $45 right now.
The collectible popcorn bucket measures 12″ tall and Godzilla’s mouth opens and closes.
Alamo previews, “Feed the King of the Monsters with this towering popcorn bucket, designed by Scott Sugiuchi. Godzilla’s mouth opens wide to hold enough popcorn for an epic kaiju marathon, making it the ultimate collectible for Toho fans. From its 1954 debut to countless cinematic battles, Godzilla reigns supreme – and now he can reign over your popcorn stash.”
“Orders will ship as soon as stock arrives,” the shop also notes. “Your payment will be processed at checkout to reserve your item. Order won’t ship until all items in order are available, so we recommend placing separate orders for presale items. Shipping dates are estimated and subject to change. Availability is limited / pre-order for a limited time only.”
