Emma Roberts stars alongside John Gallagher Jr. and a creepy Michael Shannon in Vertical Entertainment’s horror movie Abandoned, and the official trailer has arrived this morning.
Abandoned opens In Theaters June 17 and Available on Digital and On Demand June 24.
Spencer Squire directed the film, written by Erik Patterson and Jessica Scott.
Abandoned follows the sharply intense lives of Sara (Emma Roberts), her husband Alex (John Gallagher Jr.), and their infant son as they move into a remote farmhouse, which harbors a dark, tragic history. As their home’s past is revealed, the mother’s fragility escalates to a state of psychosis that jeopardizes her own safety and that of her newborn son.
Paul Schneider (“Channel Zero: Candle Cove”) also stars in Abandoned.
