The unique purple and blue Jason Voorhees from the classic Friday the 13th video game for the NES had a bit of a moment several years back, and it was toy company NECA who led the charge with various action figure releases. This year, retro-style NES Jason is back!
NECA has announced that NES Jason will join their Toony Terrors toy line.
NECA previews the 6″ scale figure, “Bring the fun of Saturday morning cartoons to your horror collection with these adorably creepy Toony Terrors figures from NECA! This Jason action figure pays homage to his alternative retro appearance in Friday the 13th: The Game.”
“With a stylized cartoon sculpt,” NECA adds, “this 6-inch scale figure includes an axe accessory and comes in blister card packaging.” Check out the official photos below for a sneak peek.
Look for NECA to open up pre-orders on this one beginning January 13, 2026.
